How do I book a property?
Search for a destination, select your dates and guests, then click Book. Complete the guest details and payment steps to confirm your reservation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel an upcoming trip from the trip details page before the check-in time begins. Refunds depend on the property's cancellation policy.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method is charged when you complete the checkout process. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How do I become a host?
Sign up for a host account, complete KYC verification, then create your first listing from the Host dashboard.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. VoyaStay uses Stripe to process payments. We never store your full card details on our servers.
